Jo is a specialist inner child healing and boundary therapy with over a decade of experience. Having completed her diploma of Energetic Healing in 2010 Jo found her resonance with healing the core inner child wounds that impacted life, instead of applying a band aid to the symptoms.  Working through her own childhood trauma and growing up with a narcissist, Jo has done all the trial and error work for you and offers a distilled set of tools that really work and are easy to use. Jo has been working successfully with these tools in her own life and with clients, with powerful and often life-changing results. Building and holding balanced boundaries is key to healing the inner child and creating the life you want.
